Why hire a wedding coordinator?

Often times, all-inclusive wedding venues provide a day of coordinator in your package. If you choose a venue that does not, such as DIY spaces, a backyard wedding, or a more unique venue, a wedding coordinator will handle all the details on your wedding day so you can relax and enjoy the celebration!

What does a wedding coordinator do?

A day of coordinator handles all logistics throughout your wedding day and shepherds you and your guests throughout the event. Depending on your needs, these include rehearsal coordination, timeline creation, vendor management, décor set-up and breakdown, SOS communication, and more!

How do I get Started?

It’s important that we both feel we are a good fit for one another! I would love to get to know you and hear more about your vision for your wedding. Please include the date and venue of your wedding, approximate guest count, and services you are interested in.

Do we work together before the wedding?

Yes! I will meet with you and your partner several times leading up to the wedding to discuss logistics and your vision for your wedding. I am also available to consult on décor and details throughout your planning. If you are choosing the full coordination package, I will manage all communication with your vendors 4-6 weeks leading up to the wedding.
