• Vendor search support – Outreach & initial screening of vendors and presentation of options that align with wedding style & budget.

• Design support, visioning & planning – Creation of décor concepts that match your wedding vision & budget.

• Ongoing support to couple throughout planning process to talk through ideas and assist with planning decisions.

• Includes all pieces of the Month & Day of Coordination package below.

Month & Day of Coordination - Begins at $1,250*

• At least two phone or virtual meetings to discuss wedding vision, timeline, and logistics.

• On-site walk-through visit to ceremony and reception sites prior to the wedding.

• Development of a detailed wedding timeline for the day of and important steps leading up, including coordinating with vendors to ensure all schedules align.

• Facilitation of a wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding, if needed.

• Vendor management and communication beginning one month before the wedding to confirm contracts, timing, and final selections made by the couple.

• Complete set up and breakdown of any outside wedding items and décor the morning of the wedding.

• On-site coordination and supervision of logistics during the reception and at the ceremony site as needed.

• Support to the couple and bridal party during wedding day as needed.

*These are base rates for up to 150 guests and may increase depending on guest count. Travel fees for venues over 30 miles are not included.
